Usefriday

Usefriday is the Chief of Operations your team never hired.

A decision made on a call. A good idea in a meeting. A number that changed in a thread. Said once, then gone. Usefriday reads the work you connect it to, does what needs doing in those tools, and tells the team.

The session is free, online, and it is how you get Usefriday on your team.

The week you actually have

Somebody has to hold the whole picture. Right now that somebody is you.

What got decided on Tuesday never reached the deck. The idea from the meeting never got written up. Nothing broke, it went missing, and joining it back up is nobody's job.

The same week, before and after there is somebody holding it together.

We run a free session where you watch this happen on real work. That session is where getting Usefriday starts.

What you get

One hire, in two parts.

Local Friday goes to each person on your team. Friday Manager works across all of them. Take the first on its own, or run both.

On each person's computer

Local Friday

Their own AI, already briefed. It knows who they are, how they write, your branding, your clients and your projects, and it reads all of that before it answers.

“Draft the proposal for Acme.” Back comes a proposal in your voice, at your rates, using what was agreed on the call.

Friday Manager

The one holding the whole picture. It carries what the team knows rather than what one person remembers, reaches into the tools you run on, does the work in them, and reports back in the channel where everyone can see it. This is the operations role.

Local Friday is what makes it possible. Once each person's work is written down instead of living in their head, there is a whole picture to hold.

Both parts, running on a real team's work, in the session.

What happens instead

Said once is enough.

Point Friday at where your team already writes things down. What lands there goes through the same four steps.

  1. 1

    It gets picked up

The decision in the write-up. The idea in the thread. The number that changed.

  2. 2

    It reaches the right person

It goes to whoever the work belongs to, without anyone remembering to forward it.

  3. 3

    Usually it is already done

Where Friday can do the work itself, it does. What arrives is finished, not another task.

  4. 4

It is filed, and everyone is told

The document lands where that work belongs, and the people who care about it know.

Friday Manager

It does the work in the tools you already run on.

This is what separates an operations job from a chat window. It works out what a change means for everything else, opens the real file and changes it, and says so where the team can see.

An ordinary Wednesday, start to finish

  1. 01 Notion

    It reads Tuesday's meeting

The write-up lands in Notion the way it does every week. Friday reads it and sees the pricing you agreed is not the pricing in the deck.

    Nobody asked it to look.
  2. 02 Google Drive

It opens the deck and fixes it

The actual deck, in the actual place you keep it. It updates the slides that changed, matches your formatting, and saves a new version.

The real file, not a chat reply.
  3. 03 Team chat

It tells the team what changed

A message in the channel everyone is in: what it read, what it changed, a link to the file. If someone disagrees, they say so before a client sees it.

The work is visible, not buried.

Readyesterday's pricing call in Notion. We moved off the flat rate.

Didupdated slides 6 and 11 of the pitch deck in Drive so they match. Slide 14 quotes the old rate inside a client screenshot, which I cannot edit, so it needs replacing before this goes out.

Made Pitch deck.pptx Saved as v7. v6 is untouched.

Good catch on 14. I will get a new screenshot over this morning.

The same pattern, all week

NotionDocsDriveChat

A good idea in a meeting

Somebody floats a strategy in Tuesday's write-up. Instead of going nowhere, it comes back as the full report, filed in the Drive, in front of the manager.

GmailNotionCalendarChat

A client moves a deadline

The dates shift, the two meetings that no longer make sense move, and the people whose week just changed hear about it.

Last week's ad results land in the reporting sheet, with the two campaigns that dropped flagged.

What it connects to

Google Drive Opens, edits and versions your documents, decks and sheets.
Notion Reads meeting write-ups and project pages, and writes back into them.
Google Workspace Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides.
GitHub Reads what shipped, so the rest of the company hears about it.
Meta Ads and pages, so the numbers arrive before anyone asks.
Slack Where it reports, and where anyone can ask it something.
Also connectable Linear Stripe Figma HubSpot Sentry Google Analytics

Every tool above publishes its own connection, using one open standard we did not invent and do not own. Hundreds of other products have too. This is not a menu we control.

Names and logos belong to the companies that own them. They are shown to say what Friday connects to. None of them endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with us.

We show this running live, on the kind of work your team actually does. Free, and it is step one of getting it running.

Pricing

What it costs to put this on your team.

Prices in US dollars, per person. It runs on the Claude or ChatGPT account your team already pays for, so there is no model to buy from us.

Local Friday
$500per person, once

Everyone gets their own AI, briefed on your company, your branding, your clients and the projects they are actually working on.

  • We set it up with your team, live
  • Works in Claude, ChatGPT and the rest
  • Yours to keep, and nothing to pay again
Friday Manager
$30per person, per month

The operations role itself. One Friday the whole team talks to, connected to the tools you run on, doing the work in them.

  • Answers and reports in your team chat
  • Acts on the real files, and keeps every version
  • We run it, watch it and keep it current

How you get Usefriday

It starts with the webinar.

This is the way in. You watch it running on real work, decide whether it belongs on your team, and if it does, that is where getting it set up begins. Sessions run regularly. Pick a time below.

  1. You come to the session

Free, online, with your camera off if you like. You watch Local Friday and Friday Manager running on real work, and you can ask anything.

  2. You decide whether it fits

You leave knowing what it would do for your team, what it would cost and what it would not do. Plenty of people decide it is not for them, and that is a fine outcome.

  3. If it fits, we set it up

That is where getting Usefriday onto your team starts. We do it with your people, live, on their own machines.

No coding, nothing to install before you join, and it runs on the AI account you already pay for. Bring a colleague if it is easier.

I have never learned so much in only 2 hours. Very compact and very practical. AI has come to life for me.

I thought I was one of these dinosaurs that AI is far from me. This was more than I expected. I really see possibilities, and I'm full of energy.

I had no idea this was all possible. So interesting, I'm happy I came today. Sometimes I felt a bit overwhelmed, but the workshop helped me understand how to use it.

Questions

Before you register.

Is this technical? Nobody here writes code.

Nobody has to. If your team can use a chat window and find a file, they can use this. There is nothing to install before the session.

Is it a sales pitch?

You watch it doing real work and you ask whatever you want. Usefriday is new and we have no customers to point you at yet, so the session is the evidence. If it does not fit your team, we would both rather find that out in one session than in three months.

What can Friday Manager reach, and what if it changes the wrong thing?

Only what you connect, and nothing is connected by default. It never writes over your work: every change is saved as a new version, and it posts what it changed in the channel, so somebody notices the same day.

Do we need to pay for Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes, one of them, on a paid plan. That is the only AI cost and most teams already have it. We do not sell you the AI, we make the one you have useful.
